Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as important regulators of tumor initiation and progression. Previous studies have linked HNF1A-AS1 and MCM3AP-AS1 expression to clinicopathological features in several cancers. However, no significant differences in expression were observed between pre- and post-treatment samples (p > 0.05). ROC curve analysis revealed weak diagnostic performance for each lncRNA individually, whereas their combined analysis showed modest diagnostic value (AUC = 0.66).
