The effect of prescription of sublingual Adalat 10 minutes before laryngoscopy and intra-tracheal for decreasing hemodynamical reaction was - studied in 100 patients 50 of them were under studying and other 50 patients were control group.All of the patients were prescribed an equal advance anesthesia drug of the same kind and dose. The induction anesthesia drugs and acting laryngoscopy and similar intra tracheal were selected. Vital signs include systolic & diastolic blood pressure - and numbers of pulse were measured and recorded in seven temporal processes with earphone and monitoring.The achieved resulted of this research showed this method is useful for prevention of hypertention and increasing heart beating during intra-trcheal intubation.
