Thus, the minimum concentrations (25%) of supernatants were chosen for further experiments. LRS and LAS could significantly suppress the invasiveness of cells, &lt;i&gt;p&lt;/i&gt;= 0.028 and &lt;i&gt;p&lt;/i&gt;=0.002, respectively. Also, the expression of MMP12 was significantly increased in cells when treated with LAS (&lt;i&gt;p&lt;/i&gt;&lt;0.001), whereas LRS had no significant effect on MMP-12 expression. Furthermore, the expression of MMP-9 was statistically decreased in cells treated with both supernatants (&lt;i&gt;p&lt;/i&gt;&lt;0.00001).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;
