A 32 years old women evaluated because of her intercourse disability. It has been diagnosied the complete agenesis of mulerian duct, by her accurate examination. This anomaly was treated by a vaginoplasty surgury, in that used with favorated length calibr. In this surgury tecnique by using a Rigid vaginal from, It would be resulted more successful than using from a soft vaginal from; A case Report.
