This case report discusses a 17-year-old female patient who presented with severe autonomic dysregulation and neurological symptoms. We detail the patient's clinical course, diagnostic evaluation, treatment, and follow-up, emphasizing the importance of early recognition and management of botulism. This case highlights the importance of public education on food safety practices to prevent future occurrences. The report also highlights the critical role of interdisciplinary collaboration in the management of complex cases involving multiple systems, such as the autonomic and neurological systems.
