Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy
As of October 2025, all manuscripts submitted by Iranian authors that are accepted for publication will be subject to an APC. The APC is determined based on the type of the article:

• For Letter to the Editor articles, the APC is 10 million Iranian Rials.

• For Case Reports the APC is 15 million Iranian Rials.

• For all other types of articles (e.g., original articles, reviews, systematic reviews and short communications), the APC is 20 million Iranian Rials.

These charges help cover part of the costs associated with peer review, editorial processing, production, and publication.
Article processing charges must be paid to the specified account prior to acceptance.

Authors are advised to review the specific APC rates applicable to their manuscript type prior to submission.

Withdrawal Charges
Authors may need to pay a withdrawal fee if they decide to withdraw their submitted manuscript from the Journal of Advances in Medical and Biomedical Research after it has undergone any processing.
These charges compensate the journal for the time and resources spent on peer review and editorial work.
The withdrawal fee is 50% of the standard Article Processing Charge (APC).

Note: No charges apply if the withdrawal request is made within 72 hours of the initial submission.

Fast Track Service
An optional fast-track service is available to accelerate the peer-review process and publication timeline. Please note that an additional fee of 50 million Iranian Rials applies for this service, in addition to the standard publication fee.
