About the Journal
Journal of Advances in Medical and Biomedical Research (J Adv Med Biomed Res) is a bimonthly, double-blind, peer-reviewed and open access journal, published by Farname Inc.. From 1992 to 2018, the journal was publishing under the name of Journal of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services (pISSN: 1606-9366, eISSN: 2322-4231). From 2019 the name of the journal was changed to Journal of Advances in Medical and Biomedical Research (2676-6264) and its language was also changed from Persian to English. It is being indexed in SCOPUS since 2010.
The Journal seeks to provide its readers with the highest quality scientific information, published through a process of peer review and editorial comments.
The journal’s content is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) 4.0 International License which permits third parties to share and adapt the content for non-commercial purposes by giving the appropriate credit to the original work.

The Policy of Screening for Plagiarism
J Adv Med Biomed Res is extremely sensitive about plagiarism. All authors are strongly recommended to check their manuscripts content before submission to the journal for publication.
All submitted manuscripts to the journal will be checked against Plagiarism before publishing using iThenticate via Hamsana company, Iran.
If J Adv Med Biomed Res notice any types of plagiarism at any stage of publication process, the manuscript will be rejected and corresponding author will be notified.

Archiving Policy
J Adv Med Biomed Res works with some organizations such as Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC), Yektaweb, and server of Zanjan University of Medical Sciences to maintain digital archiving (Repository of Research and Investigative Information). This makes it possible for the permanent availability and preservation of scholarly research and to ensure accessibility by converting and upgrading digital file formats to comply with new technology standards.
