A 23 years old patient with the trans sex disorder whose case was investigated by the supreme council of psychiatry and for whom the sex change operation was permitted by the public prosecutor's office. Was referred to Shafieiie Hospital. The sexuality change surgical operation (from male to female) was carried out, and he left the hospital in satisfactory condition.
