Gathering and discard of garbage was insanitary in three centers and the needles were been recapped.Disinfection of equipments, environment and hemodialysis machines was done incompletely in four centers. Overal, in the majority of units, preventional principles have not been employed properly, therefore, continuous evaluation and education of personnel is necessary to restrain the spread of HCV infection.
