All of the patients concerning home accident refered to the centers of health services were studied on them this research. Necessary information's have been recorded in the specific forms and any changing was regarded in the next revision.Totally 3270 patients have refered to one of the health services center concerning home accidents in the province of Zanjan. The most home accidents were in the group of 10-19 years.And the most less was in the group of 80 and more years.Meanwhile, falling down was (42.8%) the most injured organs were hands (35%).And was the first rate in the frequency. Also the kind of cutting, tearing, scratching were (49.5%) of next frequency of home accidents.According to the achieved results in this research, the most accidents were in order, about the decades of first, second and third. Because, children in the first decade have no experience about accidents factors. It is required to be educated the observing of immunity in the planning of building, public education by mass media and observing the standards of home equipments, protective and immunity regulations.
